It’s amazing to think what Behind Crimson Eyes have been able to achieve in such a short period!

Forming in early 2004 Behind Crimson Eyes leapt into the limelight with their unique take on the pop punk genre. With influences ranging from Green Day to Deathcab for Cutie, Story of the Year to Jeff Buckley - BCE seamlessly combine bone crunching guitars with pure pop sensibilities creating a sound that is aggressive and emotional, yet melodic and catchy.

Through a rigorous touring schedule and high energy live show the band quickly established themselves as a quality musical outfit scoring support slots for bands including New Found Glory, 28 Days, From Autumn to Ashes, Bodyjar, Midtown & Alexisonfire and attracted the attention of numerous indie labels.

The bands debut EP ‘Pavour Nocturnus’ (Boomtown Records) secured strong rotation on Triple J and received glowing press reviews (Blunt, Beat, Rave etc). Along with a number 2 debut on the AIR (Association of Independent Record labels) charts and a ten week run in the top 10 the proof is in the pudding.

With unlimited potential and continued hard work the future seems bright for these five kids.
